Silage

Harvesting

Marsh Contracting Ltd biggest service is Grass Silage/Hay, Maize Silage and an addition of Lucerne coming into the mix. We do everything from Mowing, Conditioning, Raking, Loader-wagon, Fine Chop, Stacking and Cover to Baling and Wrapping/Stacking. Clients are provided with optional extras of inoculant, dry matter test, weighbridge services and delivery/supply of silage cover.

Supplement

Supplement Feeds

Marsh Contracting Ltd have all your feed supplement requirements. We grow Grass, Maize and Lucerne and sell Bulk Grass Silage, Bulk Maize Silage, Round and Square Silage, Round, Square and Conventional Hay, Kiwifruit Cartage. Marsh Contracting Ltd also offer product weighing with their Neville Marsh Weighbridge System and Dry Matter Testing.

Transport

Transport and Carting Services

Marsh Contracting Ltd are available for all your general cartage requirements. We run 2x tipper truck and trailer units with drop sides or bulk bins covered, with flat deck option. Also available are our Tractor and Trailer Units for any on farm carting or product removal.

Fertilising

Effluent and Chicken Manure

Marsh Contracting Ltd supplies and spreads Chicken Manure, but also has all other spreading requirements covered. We operate 5 spreaders, 2 Keenan Orbital Spreader for all Effluent, Calve shed and Stand off pad waste. 1 Big spreader for all on farm fertilising and chicken manure spreading and 2 Orchard spreaders for all compost, organic manure, fertiliser and chicken manure applications.

Re-Pasturing

Cultivation Services

Marsh Contracting Ltd can assist you with all your ground work, cropping and re-pasturing. Everything from soil test, ripping, discing, power-harrowing, maize planting, direct drilling, and roll seeding. We can also help with seed choices or save you the hassle and purchase directly from us.
